RETURN AND EXCHANGE


I DON’T THINK THIS PROFUCT IS RIGHT FOR ME , THEN HOW?

If the product that you have received does not feel right for you, you may exchange it with other sizes and other products.

If you were to find any defects on the products you receive, you may also return the products to us and we will send you the same product with the best quality.

If we have sent the wrong products and we have no more stock on the product, we will send you store credits valid for 3 months. The same goes for returned defected products.

we don't accept refund with cash. store credit will be given for your next purchase . 

Ps: All sale items and purchase with promo price are not eligible for Return & Exchange.

Please note that items bought at our webstore cannot be refunded or exchanged in our offline store.  

 

RETURN POLICY

You can ask JNE to pick up your items if you are too busy to deliver your goods to JNE,

please call (Jakarta only) 021-566 5262 to book a pick up.

 

If the product you wish to return is sold out and we can't replace it with a new one, we will refund it in the form of Store Credit.

 

You should create a request within 7 days after you receive the product and and please make sure to provide detailed information on why you want to return the product(s). We will respond to your request as soon as we can. Only after receiving

our email response will you be able to return the product.

 

You will then have 7 days starting from after you receive our email response to send it back. Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags and original packaging. If we receive your package more than 14 days, we have the authority to cancel your refund.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not happy with the products you have received, you can exchange it with other products, or you can also exchange it only with Store Credit valid for 3 months.
