You can order via line and whatsapp. But hey, try to order through this website, it is faster and fuzz free !

CAN I PURCHASE FROM OVERSEAS?

Yes you can. We do ship overseas. Kindly contact us for further information at info@dotdtails.com

THE ITEM I’M INTERESTED IN IS SOLD OUT. WILL YOU RESTOCK THOSE ITEMS?

simply click on the 'Notify Me' button in the sold out item's page and we will be sure to notify you when the item is back in stock! Or you could always email us at info@dotdtails.com, and we might be able to look it up at our stockists to see if they still have what you are looking for!

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE TO CHOOSE?

Well, mostly our product comes in free size. We do have size S M L only for fitted product. If you are not sure yet, you can always refer to the Size Guide section at our product's description page.

WHAT KIND OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Bank Transfers, Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard) through Veritrans and Paypal.

I’VE PUT MY ORDER INTO THE SHOPPING BAG. BUT WHEN I CHECK OUT, ONLY SOME OR NONE OF MY ITEMS WAS AVAILABLE. WHY DIT IT HAPPENED?

Adding items to your shopping bag does not mean that we hold the items for you, because several other customers might be shopping at the same time. Therefore, merchandise availability is not guaranteed until you check out.

CAN I ADD ITEMS AFTER I CHECK OUT?

Unfortunately you can't, because after checking out your order is recorded. If you want to add items, kindly make a new order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You cannot cancel your order after submitting. Please do review your shopping bag before submitting an order.

WHY ARE MY ORDER CANCELLED?

Maximum payment for an order is 2x24 hours after order have been placed. If payment has not been completed after the time limit, the order will be canceled automatically.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY ORDER?

After you have ordered, paid and confirmed your payment, we will process your order within 24 hours, or the next business day at the latest.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE COMPLETED MY PAYMENT BUT HAVEN’T RECEIVED THE PRODUCT ASFTER THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

Please do not forget to confirm your payment through the webstore after completing the payment. If you haven't confirmed until the time limit, your order will be cancelled. If you have confirmed your payment and haven't received your order in time, simply log in to your account and track your shipment.

THE ITEM THAT I BOUGHT DOES NOT REALLY FIT ME WELL. COULD I EXCHANGE IT WITH ANOTHER ITEM?
