To keep your details for your next purchase(s), you need to sign up. You have to provide detailed information regarding your shipping address, mobile phone, etc. You are required to give current, accurate and true information to us. We will keep your information privately.

REGISTER BENEFIT

Sign yourself up and you will be able to enjoy the benefits! Such as: saving your address so you can make your Check Out process faster at every transaction. You can also manage your account, change your address, review your current order and see the airwaybill tracking number. Of course, your information will be kept privately. On top of that, you could also get reward points that you may redeem with vouchers. To create your account, just click on the ' Sign In' button right away!

ORDERS

You can order any of our products as long as they are still available. Products in high demand may sell out really quickly, so please note that items in your shopping cart are not reserved – you have to check out to make sure you purchase the product.  You cannot add more items to your shopping bag ONCE you check out. We cannot modify/add products for you; you have to reorder again to make a purchase. You cannot reserve any product to us. We have the rights not giving you reservations. 

PRICING POLICY

Prices shown on our webstore are in Indonesian Rupiahs (IDR) or you may choose to change to US$ on the top right navigation. Prices may change. Customers purchasing from other countries can pay via Bank transfer in Indonesian Rupiahs. However, we urge customers from overseas to pay in US$ via PayPal if possible. We have set an exchange rate for US$ and customers have no rights to change the currency exchange. We recommend you contact your local customs for more details.

COLORS

We have tried our best to give the most accurate colors in the computer screen. But due to different monitor display, the colors may appear differently.

ORDER PROCESSING

We reserve the right not to process your order if we are unable to validate your payment due to reason such as different account’s personal name or incomplete payment. We also reserve a right not to process your order if product is out of stock or failure/error in system. We will refund your payment completely.

PAYMENT 

Payment can be made via Bank Transfer with four options: Bank Central Asia (BCA), and Bank Mandiri. You will have to confirm your payment at our webstore to validate your purchase.

You can also pay with Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard) in IDR and Paypal in US$.

Payment should be made strictly in 48 hours (2 days) after checking out. We will automatically send an invoice with the details of your order via email.

If you can't transfer and confirm within that time, your orders will automatically expire. You may order again, but we cannot guarantee the availability of our products.

Confirmation (only for Bank Transfer) should be made strictly after you have paid your order. You can make the confirmation easily by clicking on the 'CONFIRM PAYMENT' link. Be sure to keep your order ID so you can confirm your order.

You do not need to confirm your payment if you pay with Credit Card.

RETURNS POLICY

Visit our 'Return & Exchange' at the bottom of the page. Please note that we do not provide pick up services for returns and exchanges.

REFUNDS

Refunds will include shipping costs. For international customers, please contact your local customs for more details on tax and custom refund.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed and with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered are not accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Content also includes any graphics, logos, photographs, image rights, video or text on www.palmerhaus.com. Any reproduction, copying, or foregoing of the content are prohibited.

Dotdtailss tries to provide most accurate and complete information. However, content may have errors or inaccuracies. Dotdtails does not promise that all functional system and aspects in our webstore will be error-free and virus-free. We recommend customers to have anti-virus software updated. Some browsers may experience different errors and we try our best to fix that.

This Site is not for any commercial use. You may not copy, display, reproduce, publish, create derivative works, and sell any content or products within this Site. You are prohibited to use our content for any advertising use/commercial use for your own site. 

AGREEMENT

If we notice that you are/or have been related in prohibited activities or violated our Terms and Conditions, we may deny you access to this webstore on temporary or permanent basis. If you violate Terms and Conditions and we take no action against you, we will still be entitled to use our rights in any other situation where you violate the Terms and Conditions. We are not responsible for losses not caused by our faults or indirect losses caused by shipping company or force majeure. We will be responsible for your losses only if we violate our Terms and Conditions.

COMPENSATION

You agree to compensate us fully, defend us and hold us Dotdtails harmless immediately on demand, its directors and officers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees, arising from any violation of the Terms and Conditions by you including the use by any other persons accessing this site using your internet account caused by your action or inaction.
